Orders placed before 11:00 AM IST are usually processed on the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM IST will be processed the next business day.

We currently do not accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect selection.

Replacement requests are accepted only if you receive:

• A damaged product
• A wrong item
• A product with a major manufacturing defect

A complete unboxing video is mandatory for damage, wrong-item, or defect claims. The video must begin before opening the sealed parcel and clearly show the issue.

Items must remain unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Sale, discounted, customized, or personalized items are generally not eligible for replacement unless there is a qualifying defect or an incorrect item has been supplied.

For Partial COD orders, the advance confirmation amount may be non-refundable after dispatch if the parcel is refused or becomes RTO due to customer non-acceptance.
